We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager to help us deepen relationships with our New York City client base and drive meaningful outcomes for the organizations we serve.
The Opportunity
As a Strategic Account Manager based in New York City, you will own a portfolio of post-acute care clients across the five boroughs and tri-state area. You’ll serve as the primary relationship lead, ensuring our clients are getting maximum value from the CareConnect platform — from AI-powered recruiting and ATS to scheduling, EVV, and eLearning compliance. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the intersection of healthcare workforce and enterprise SaaS.
What You’ll Do
Own and grow a book of business across NYC-area home care, home health, hospice, and long-term care clients, serving as their strategic partner and primary point of contact.
Drive platform adoption and product utilization across the CareConnect suite — AI Hiring, AI Scheduling, EVV, eLearning & Compliance, and CareConsortium.
Lead quarterly business reviews with senior client stakeholders, presenting ROI metrics, submittal and hiring trends, and workforce performance benchmarks.
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, partnering with the sales team on upsell and cross-sell motions.
Collaborate with CareConnect’s RPO and recruiting operations teams to align platform delivery with client milestone goals and staffing pipelines.
Serve as the voice of the client internally — surfacing product feedback, escalating issues, and advocating for client needs with the product and engineering teams.
Maintain accurate account health records, renewal forecasts, and activity logs in CRM.
Represent CareConnect at NYC-area industry events, conferences, and client site visits.
What You Bring
4+ years of account management, customer success, or strategic sales experience, ideally in SaaS, healthcare technology, or staffing/workforce solutions.
Deep familiarity with the NYC home care or post-acute care market — you understand CDPAP, LHCSA licensing, Medicaid managed care, and the workforce pressures agencies face.
Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise-level accounts with strong retention and expansion metrics.
Strong executive presence and communication skills — comfortable presenting to C-suite and operations leaders at healthcare organizations.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate platform analytics into actionable insights for clients.
Experience working cross-functionally with recruiting, operations, product, and support teams.
CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; healthcare administration or business background a plus.
Nice to Have
Experience with AI-powered workforce or recruiting platforms.
Existing relationships with NYC-area home care agencies, health systems, or managed care organizations.
Familiarity with EVV, OASIS, or home care compliance requirements.
Bilingual (Spanish, Cantonese, or other languages spoken by NYC caregiver communities).

Pay: $76,262.35 - $91,842.84 per year
