We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Supply Chain Planner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and efficiency to complex processes.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive what they need—on time and in full—while working closely with cross-functional teams across regions.
What You’ll Do
Own and manage production scheduling and order management activities to support business priorities
Execute the weekly plan release cycle in Oracle (or a similar ERP system), ensuring accuracy and alignment across stakeholders
Drive order fulfillment performance, ensuring sales orders are shipped on time and completed in full
Balance and prioritize multiple requests and timelines from internal teams across different regions
Collaborate closely with manufacturing, operations, and supply chain partners to resolve issues and improve processes
Maintain a high level of attention to detail, organization, and professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications

Required
Experience in planning, production scheduling, and/or order management
Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle or similar)
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Experience working in a cross-functional manufacturing or operations environment
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to manage competing priorities
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience with shop floor control systems
Familiarity with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar advanced planning tools

Colorado Springs, CO Pay Range: MIN $76,000.00 - MAX $127,000.00
