The Role
Optimise existing customer prognosis and profiling models using mathematical and statistical methods
Develop, implement, and apply AI models and advance use cases
Create decision-making bases to ensure and increase customer profitability and support strategic decisions for products and processes
Build and continuously optimise a statistically sound real-time contact control (strategy and rules)
Operate and further develop the use of BAP/Tableau platform
What You'll Need
Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or Natural Sciences with a focus on Data Science & Machine Learning
Several years of experience in modeling and data management
Strong Python, Git, and SAS skills
Experience with Tableau or similar data visualisation tools
Hands-on mentality and a pragmatic approach
Empathy and passion for modern and agile working methods
