About the role
WINK is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to its Senior Leadership; a sharp, discreet and wonderfully switched-on assistant who can bring calm to complex calendars, structure to fast-moving days and trust to everything they touch. WINK is looking for someone exceptional. Not a traditional assistant. Not someone who waits for instructions. But someone who can run alongside senior leadership and keep everything moving before it even needs to be asked. You’ll support the senior leadership team with a special focus on the Chief Creative Officer, whose professional and personal planning are closely connected, while also helping the wider leadership team stay focused on creativity, strategy and direction.
About the position
As Executive Personal Assistant, you’ll keep the WINK magic alive by
Managing and prioritizing complex professional and personal calendars across European and US time zone
Coordinating meetings, appointments, check-ins and daily rhythms so the leadership team can focus on what matters most
Joining MT meetings and daily start sessions, capturing key notes, actions and follow-ups with clear ownership
Organizing business and private travel from A to Z, including itineraries, changes, logistics and expenses
Supporting senior leadership administration, including expenses, credit card statements, reconciliations, budget overviews and simple reporting in close collaboration with Financ
Keeping project administration and time registration for senior leadership team members up to date and moving smoothly
Acting as a central point of contact for internal coordination on behalf of the Chief Creative Officer and senior leadership
Protecting information flows, deadlines and confidential details with the kind of discretion that makes trust feel effortless
Qualifications
You’ve got solid experience supporting senior leadership, founders, executives or a management team
Your English is excellent, both spoken and written, this one is a mayor
You’re proactive, highly organized and able to think several steps ahead without needing a roadmap for every move
You stay calm under pressure and can handle changing priorities, urgent requests and last-minute shifts with grace
You’re comfortable working across time zones, mainly Europe and the US, and understand that urgency sometimes lives outside regular office hours
You’re confident with digital tools for calendar management, travel planning and workflow organization, Monday.com or similar tools are a plus
You’re discreet, flexible and independent, with strong judgment and a natural sense for what needs attention
You’re based in the Dutch time zone and able to be regularly present at the office, especially in the mornings when daily start sessions turn into action
This is not a classic assistant role where you simply manage a calendar and wait for requests to arrive. At WINK, you’ll be a trusted operational anchor for a senior leadership team working in a creative, international and fast-moving universe. You’ll work at the intersection of professional and personal organization, bringing structure to days that rarely look the same twice. You’ll support multiple leaders, while keeping a strong focus on the Chief Creative Officer’s closely connected business and private agenda. You’ll be expected to anticipate, spot bottlenecks early and suggest solutions before things become messy. You’ll play a quiet but essential role in protecting the leadership team’s focus, energy and ability to create impact.
