Summary:
As the EMEA End-to-End Project & Program Manager Support, you will serve as the connective tissue for project execution across the EMEA region. This is a hands-on, execution focused role that supports the EMEA Regional Program Lead to turn strategy into clear plans, schedules and actions. You will act as a structured, detail oriented partner, helping multiple parallel projects stay on time, on budget and on track to key milestones
You must be a highly adaptive project professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing rigorous standards with the ability to move fast and work independently.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination & Execution:
Lead the setup of project environments, including project provisioning in PM tools and the establishment of governance frameworks across multiple disciplines.
Manage development and optimisation of comprehensive end-to-end master schedules from Initiation through to completion.
Support Regional Program Lead in early phase strategy and analysis efforts, ranging from the development of ROM estimates and feasibility studies through to documenting site analysis and technical due diligence.
Co-ordinate project kickoffs and lead multiple project synchronisation meetings to drive progress and maintain project momentum.
Develop project charters to clarify scope, confirm organisational roles and achieve strategic alignment with the broader project team.
2. Documentation & Controls:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project timelines, status reports, meeting notes and action items, ensuring consistency throughout.
Monitor schedule health and flag risks, conflicts and gaps to the Regional Program Lead proactively.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Program Management:
Manage weekly dashboards and project status reporting for a wide audience, ensuring data completeness and milestone accuracy.
Serve as a primary point of contact for tracking inputs and actions from design teams, architects, 3PPM, GC and cross-functional partners into the project lifecycle.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring the project team is engaged, informed at the right milestone and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Financial Reports & Closeout Documentation:
Partner with Project Controls, 3rd Party PM’s and cross-functional partners to maintain financial hygiene, including cost report consolidation, accrual tracking and preparing cashflow forecast for approvals.
Facilitate the end-to-end closeout process by preparing key documentation, from financial closeout to the delivery of final documentation handovers
5. Legal & Contract Reviews:
Support legal team by monitoring and driving the progression of project related contractual workflows, including SOWs, amendments, LOIs and work letters, to prevent bottlenecks and ensure alignment with critical milestones and project outcomes.
Qualifications:
6+ years of proven experience in Design and Construction.
In-depth understanding of every aspect of the full project life cycle: Initiation, Scheduling, Design, Construction and Contract reviews.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt for a relevant audience, geographically dispersed teams and varying situational contexts.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with fantastic time management.
Evidence of a hands on work style; you are willing to “roll up your sleeves” to push tasks over the line.
