Urgent Job Opening for Position - Foundry QA ManagerLocation: Bhamboli, Pune Experience: 8-10 Years Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering Joining: ImmediateJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Foundry QA Manager to lead Quality Assurance activities in our HPDC Foundry operations. The candidate should possess strong expertise in metal testing, die-related problem solving, quality improvement initiatives, and team management.Key Responsibilities
Manage overall quality assurance activities in HPDC Foundry.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
Conduct metal testing, inspection, and quality analysis.
Investigate die-related quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives to reduce rejections and improve productivity.
Analyze quality data and prepare reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams for quality enhancement.
Lead root cause analysis and implement CAPA for quality concerns.
Monitor process quality and maintain quality documentation.
Guide and manage a team of QA Engineers and Spectro Engineer.
Desired Candidate Profile
8-10 years of experience in HPDC Foundry Quality.
Hands-on experience in metal testing and quality control processes.
Strong knowledge of die casting defects, die-related troubleshooting, and quality improvement.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Email communication.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in handling quality teams and customer quality requirements.
