Job Description
We are seeking experienced and motivated US IT Recruiters to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the US staffing industry and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Negotiate compensation and facilitate the offer process.
Ensure timely submissions and meet hiring targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
Experience with sourcing through various job portals and networking platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong screening and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Comfortable working in Night Shift (US Shift).
