Job Title: HR Recruiter
Job Summary:
Akruti Developers is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Coordinate with hiring managers regarding hiring requirements
Assist in offer rollout and joining formalities
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Freshers are welcome to apply
Immediate joiners preferred
Salary:
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Working Days:
Monday to Saturday
Working Hours:
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Location:
Aundh, Pune
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
