Job Position :- Accountant

Min. Qualification - Required graduate.

1. Minimum 1 or 2 years’ experience with MS office and Tally ERP 9 knowledge.

2. Candidate with good communication skill (both written and spoken) in English, Hindi and Marathi, hardworking, sincere and disciplined.

3. Candidates from Pune - PCMC will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Recording and updating the Sales, Purchases & Expenses transactions in Tally ERP 9

Responsible for deducting TDS of employees, suppliers and service providers and making the payment to government on monthly basis.

Reconciliation of Bank Accounts on weekly and monthly basis.

Maintaining optimum balance of Debtors & Creditor as per the pre-decided level.

Issuing cheques relating to Salary & Wages of employee and workers. Payment to Vendors.

Proper recording and accounting of Purchases, Sales, and Expenses Journal Vouchers including in Tally ERP.

Debit and credit note on regular basis

Verification of expense vouchers and disbursement of Petty cash expenses.

Finalization of books of Accounts and preparation of the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account along with necessary notes to the same.

Purchase and sales ledger Scrutiny

Scrutinizing of Expenses & booking for payments

Preparation of Creditors and Debtors list every week

Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors on periodic basis.

Weekly reporting on Accounts receivable and Accounts Payable to Accounts Manager.

Debtor’s collections within due date and status report.

Debtors and Creditors ledger Scrutiny

Preparation of monthly Balance Sheet.

Preparing & filing the GSTR 3B,GSTR-1,TDS return monthly & quarterly basis as per the governments norms.

Preparation of income tax details for Regular assessment

Preparation of individual and company Computation of income at the year end and deduct T.D.S. each month

GST Credit Adjustment

GST Return

Prepare Stock statement for each month for bank CC limit and submitting to bank before scheduled date.

Valuation of closing stock statement for Income Tax purpose.

Making the Provision for Income Tax , Advance Tax, Refund

Maintenance of fixed assets Register

Calculation and Deduction of ESI Payment from employees and labour contractor and making ESI returns and payments to government.

Calculation and Deduction of professional tax Payment from employees and payments to government

Preparing E way bill for shipment

Preparing Import & Export Documation

Preparing delivery challan and packing list for shipment

B) Taxation:

GST- , TDS, PT,IT

Monthly GST, PT, ESI working sheet

Computation And Filling of GST, PT, ESI Return

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
