What you will do
Review and develop change control documents;
Implement changes across Zuora Billing and Revenue tenants;
Support Zuora Admin team and Financial Systems Product/Engineering teams;
Support audit requests;
Add and update custom fields;
Add and update product catalog items;
Release updated invoice and credit memo templates to other environments;
Deploy workflows to Production;
Release Revenue configuration to other environments;
Process user access requests.
Must haves
General billing knowledge;
3+ years of experience;
Familiar with Zuora UI;
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Critical thinking skills;
Upper-intermediate English level.
