Role Overview

We are seeking a Software Engineer to support the design, development, and maintenance of applications, systems, and technology solutions that power business operations and customer-facing services.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of scalable software solutions, build new features, support integrations, and maintain existing systems. You will work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions while contributing to continuous improvements in development practices and platform capabilities.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and internal systems

Build new features and enhancements based on business and technical requirements

Develop and support APIs, integrations, and backend services

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following engineering standards

Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices

Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and technical issues

Support system reliability, performance optimization, and scalability initiatives

Assist with deployments, production support, and system maintenance activities

Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Quality Assurance teams

Participate in technical discussions, planning, and estimation activities

Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and engineering excellence initiatives

What You BringRequired Experience

Experience in software development, software engineering, or a related technical field

Experience building web applications, APIs, or backend services

Experience working with databases and modern development workflows

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile or iterative environments

Experience supporting production systems and troubleshooting technical issues is preferred

Required Skills

Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, Go, or equivalent technologies

Understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and development lifecycles

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with APIs, databases, and web-based applications

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in distributed teams

Reliable internet connection and remote work setup

Education/Expertise

Candidates with educational background, certifications, or professional experience in one or more of the following areas are encouraged to apply:
