What You'll Own

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Team Lead to drive the design, automation, scalability, and operational excellence of our cloud-native platform.

As a Senior DevOps Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

Leading and mentoring a team of DevOps engineers while defining and executing the infrastructure and platform engineering strategy.

Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure across multiple environments.

Driving Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption and standards using Terraform, CloudFormation, and related technologies.

Owning and improving CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.

Establishing operational excellence practices, including monitoring, observability, incident management, and disaster recovery.

Driving cloud cost optimization, automation initiatives, and platform self-service capabilities.

Influencing architectural decisions and technology strategy for cloud infrastructure and platform services.

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will:

Have 2+ years of experience leading or managing DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure teams.

Have 5+ years of hands-on experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Have proven experience designing and operating production-grade Kubernetes platforms using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and CloudFormation).

Have extensive experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.

Have solid automation and scripting skills using Python, Bash, Go, or similar technologies

Have experience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability solutions such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or cloud-native monitoring tools.

Have good Linux, networking, and cloud infrastructure troubleshooting skills

Have experience managing production incidents and leading root cause analysis activities.
