What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor a small team of DevOps engineers

Design and implement advanced CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows

Work primarily with AWS, and On-Prem environments

Architect and Design scalable, production-grade, secure, high-availability microservices architectures

Operate within complex multi-account AWS environments

Implement cloud security best practices across infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines

Work on strategic and mission-critical projects in both air-gaped and secured environments

Explore and integrate Agents, GenAI, and AI-driven infrastructure workflows

General details:

Work mode: Hybrid (Customer sites, office, home)

Security clearance: Preferable in advance, or after recruitment

Ability to work independently and with customers

Requirements:

Must Have:

5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience

Strong expertise with Docker & Kubernetes/OpenShift

AWS Solution Architect certification – mandatory

Deep experience designing AWS architectures

Experience working in multi-account AWS environments

Strong cloud security background - IAM, Secrets Management, encryption, segmentation, K8s security

Experience with GitOps methodologies

Familiarity with Agents and GenAI domains

Networking & system fundamentals

Experience building production environments from scratch

Additional requirements:

Kubernetes hardening & container security

Service Mesh technologies such as Istio

Kafka, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk

Observability & SRE best practices

AI Infrastructure & LLMOps experience

Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
