You’ll join a collaborative engineering team building scalable, high-quality software solutions across backend, frontend, and cloud. The team works closely with cross-functional partners, values knowledge sharing and continuous learning, and encourages everyone to contribute ideas and improvements while balancing technical excellence with delivery.
About the Role
We are seeking a Consulting / Principal Software Engineer to help design, build, and deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership and collaboration across teams. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences who are passionate about building reliable systems and solving complex problems.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure applications using .NET Core and React
Contribute to technical architecture, system design, and solution discussions
Develop and manage integrations with SQL Server (SSMS) or MySQL
Use Git for version control and collaboration
Build and deploy applications on Azure (cloud or hybrid environments)
Ensure applications meet standards for performance, reliability, and security
Support and guide team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders
Help troubleshoot application, performance, and deployment issues
Explore opportunities to incorporate AI-enabled capabilities where relevant
Requirements:
Experience working with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
Experience building user interfaces using React
Experience with SQL Server (SSMS) or MySQL
Familiarity with Git or similar version control tools
Experience working with Azure Cloud services
Understanding of system design, APIs, scalability, and performance optimization
Foundational knowledge of networking concepts (such as DNS, load balancing, or connectivity)
