About the role
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support across the full resource lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, contract renewals, leave management, training coordination, performance appraisals, and offboarding of augmented staff.
Work closely with internal Sales team to engage external recruitment agencies, source and screen suitable candidates that meets client and project requirements before shortlisting.
Collaborate with internal Legal team to review and support the creation of work orders between clients, Company and recruitment agencies.
Support resource costing, budgeting, forecasting, and planning for augmented resources.
Coordinate with internal Finance and Business Operations teams to ensure timely vendor payments and client invoicing.
Maintain and regularly update the resource arrangements database.
Prepare consolidated reports on project status, scope changes, resource allocation and key milestones.
Deliver operational and project meetings, providing updates and driving action items.
Monitor and manage issue logs, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Support team manager in addressing new business requirements as they arise.
Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
Ensure consistent and timely communication with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and compliance standards across all staff augmentation activities
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
2-4 years of experience in administrative, operations, HR coordination, or workforce management roles
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Good interpersonal and stakeholder coordination skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools for tracking and analysis
Basic understanding of workforce operations, contracts, or staffing processes is an advantage
Familiarity with local labour regulations is a plus
Meticulous and structured, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 6 Months Agency Contract employment till Feb 2027.
