About the role
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for staff augmentation-related inquiries from internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage escalations and ensure overall client satisfaction.
Ensures compliance with client contracts, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Manage and deliver reporting cadences for internal stakeholders and clients, providing insights and visibility into delivery performance.
Collaborate with Sales to support new opportunities and existing engagements.
Partner with internal and external business leaders to advise on staff augmentation recruitment and resourcing strategies.
Identify opportunities to leverage technology that enhances efficiency, create processes and standards for selection, implementation and support.
Provide leadership and oversight in administering company policies, ensuring consistent application across engagements and projects.
Drive continuous improvement through process reviews, performance analysis, and operational best practices.
Monitor labor market trends, best practices and regulatory changes, integrating them into internal policies and workflows.
Foster strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to ensure timely and quality talent delivery.
Oversee the financial performance of the staff augmentation function, including P&L management, invoicing accuracy and collections.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
At least 5 years of relevant experience in staff augmentation or workforce solutions
Strong project management skills with the ability to work under pressure
Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills
Proven ability to build relationships across multiple functions and organizational levels
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Good understanding of local labour regulations and market conditions
Strong attention to detail with sound financial acumen, including P&L management
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 6 Months agency contract employment till Feb 27.
