Responsabilidades principales:

Realizar entrevistas presenciales y virtuales para evaluar las cualificaciones y la idoneidad de los candidatos para las vacantes.

Programar y realizar entrevistas en persona o por video/teléfono, según sea necesario.

Presentar a los candidatos calificados a los gerentes de contratación y brindar apoyo en el proceso de entrevista.

• Trabajar en estrecha consideración con el equipo de RR. HH. y los gerentes de contratación para comprender las necesidades de personal y los requisitos del puesto. • Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con los candidatos potenciales, los gerentes de contratación y los socios externos.

Realizar un seguimiento de las métricas de reclutamiento, como el número de entrevistas realizadas, las ofertas extendidas y el tiempo de cobertura de los puestos vacantes.

Proporcionar retroalimentación para mejorar las estrategias y los procesos de reclutamiento.

Es posible que se requiera flexibilidad en el horario de trabajo para asistir a eventos nocturnos o de fin de semana.

Requisitos:

Más de dos años de experiencia en reclutamiento, con especial énfasis en el reclutamiento presencial a gran escala, búsqueda de candidatos y establecimiento de relaciones.

Conocimiento de las mejores prácticas de reclutamiento

Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Psicología o un campo relacionado.

Sólidas habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, interpersonales y de negociación.

Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y gestionar múltiples tareas en un entorno dinámico.

Manejo de sistemas de ATS (preferentemente Workday)

Licencia de manejo y disponibilidad para viajar en carretera
