About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Servicing Exeutive to support our client management team in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring smooth project coordination. This role offers hands-on exposure to client communication, project execution, marketing operations, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day communication with clients through emails, calls, and meetings.
Coordinate with internal teams including Creative, Design, Content, 3D, and Operations to ensure timely project execution.
Prepare meeting notes, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), project trackers, and follow-up reports.
Support the team in understanding client requirements and communicating them effectively to internal stakeholders.
Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are shared as per committed deadlines.
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and client reports.
Conduct market and competitor research as required for client projects.
Maintain project documentation and update client records regularly.
Support in managing client feedback and ensuring smooth resolution of queries.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Management, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
