Graphic Designer

Location: South Delhi, India

Work Days: Monday-Friday (WFO), Saturday (WFH)

Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM

Experience: 1-4 years

Key Responsibilities

● Brand Design: Create visual assets aligned with brand identity and aesthetic

● Social Media Creatives: Design static posts, carousels, stories, and campaign creatives

● Performance Marketing Assets: Develop creatives for Meta, Google, and other digital

advertising platforms

● Website & E-commerce Design: Create banners, landing page assets, and product

communication visuals

● Campaign Design: Conceptualize and execute visual systems for launches, festivals, and

brand campaigns

● Packaging & Print Collaterals: Design brochures, inserts, event materials, and other offline

communication assets

● Creative Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, photographers, and

video editors to build integrated campaigns

● Design Consistency: Ensure visual consistency across all customer touchpoints

● AI-led Design Exploration: Leverage AI tools to enhance creative ideation, productivity, and execution

What We're Looking For

● 1-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in D2C, lifestyle, luxury, or creative

agencies

● Strong visual aesthetics and typography fundamentals

● Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma

● Understanding of digital-first design and performance creatives

● Ability to balance speed with attention to detail

● Interest in design, craft, culture, and storytelling

● Knowledge of motion design is a plus

● Understanding of AI design tools is a plus

● Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, social media, and campaign work

● High ownership and hustle mindset

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
