Key Responsibilities
Advise corporate occupiers and landlords on office leasing strategies, including relocations, expansions, renewals, and portfolio optimization
Support and drive end-to-end leasing transactions, from business development and client engagement to deal execution and negotiation
Conduct market research, financial analysis, and prepare leasing proposals, pitch materials, and market reports
Actively build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, landlords, developers, and industry stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams including capital markets, valuation, project & development services, and tenant representation
Stay up to date on Hong Kong office market trends, supply-demand dynamics, and occupier movements
Requirements
For Junior Roles
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines
Strong interest in commercial real estate and tenant advisory
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
Analytical mindset with strong presentation skills
For Managerial to Director-Level Roles
Proven experience (typically 5–10+ years) in office leasing, tenant representation, or landlord advisory
Established client network and demonstrated transaction track record in the Hong Kong office market
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to lead deals independently
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and business development skills
Leadership experience and ability to mentor junior team members
