About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Product Manager to drive sales growth across India through direct sales and channel partners. The ideal candidate should have strong industrial sales experience and a proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company's products across India through direct and channel sales.
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and customer visits.
Identify and develop new customers and markets.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare and maintain sales reports and forecasts.
RequirementsQualification
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in Industrial B2B Sales.
Experience in selling any of the following products is preferred:
Abrasives
Power Tools
Welding Tools
Tool Drives
Industrial Consumables
Skills Required
Strong communication skills in:
English
Hindi
Tamil
Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
Age Criteria
Up to 40 years.
Compensation & BenefitsSalary
3 – 3.5 Years Experience: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
4 – 5 Years Experience: ₹60,000 – ₹75,000 per month
