We're hiring an Account Executive to drive net-new customer acquisition across a mixed commercial territory.

What you'll own
As an Account Executive, you will:
Own new business acquisition across a defined commercial territory
Build and execute targeted account plans
Create pipeline through outbound prospecting and market engagement
Identify, qualify, and progress opportunities through the sales cycle
Lead consultative sales conversations with operational, technical, and commercial stakeholders
Conduct discovery and position Ultimo's value against business challenges
Manage opportunities from first conversation through to close
Collaborate closely with BDRs, Pre-Sales, and Customer teams

Qualifications – What we're looking for
This role will suit someone who can demonstrate:
Proven success in B2B SaaS or software new business sales
Experience owning full sales cycles
Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline creation capability
Confidence engaging operational and business stakeholders
Strong discovery, qualification, and value-based selling skills
Commercial resilience and ownership mindset
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience selling into operational, industrial, logistics, facilities, engineering, manufacturing, or asset-intensive environments is advantageous but not essential.
Sales capability, curiosity, and commercial drive matter most.
