What you’ll do

You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering our marketing plans across a range of initiatives in both the UK and international markets. Your work will bring together insight, creativity and strong stakeholder engagement.

Lead the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing activity across digital, CRM, print, PR and events

Develop clear, insight-led marketing plans that support growth and business priorities

Create marketing content that strengthens brand messaging and supports business objectives

Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and securing buy-in across the organisation

Identify opportunities for growth through market insight, competitor analysis and customer understanding

Manage projects end to end, ensuring delivery to time, budget and performance targets

Manage a team of Marketing Executives

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, with the confidence to engage at a senior level.

Strong experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns

Ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders across a complex organisation

Experience developing marketing plans that drive measurable growth

Confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insight into clear actions

Location

This role is based within our corporate marketing function, with a hybrid working pattern and regular time spent across our office and hospital environments.
