We have Professional Development (PD) programs ready to go and are looking for a driven sales professional to help bring them to schools and districts. The Role We are seeking an experienced Education Sales Contractor to sell our PD packages directly to school administrators, principals, and district leaders. This is a contract/freelance position — ideal for someone who already has relationships in the K–12 space and knows how to navigate school and district purchasing. What You'll Do Prospect and pitch The Education Shift's PD packages to schools and districts Build and maintain relationships with school administrators and decision-makers Manage your own pipeline and close deals Represent The Education Shift brand professionally in all outreach and meetings Report on sales activity and progress What We're Looking For Proven experience selling Professional Development, curriculum, or educational services to schools or districts — required Established relationships with K–12 principals, administrators, and/or district leaders — required Understanding of how schools and districts budget and purchase services Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently Strong communication and presentation skills Passion for education and educator growth Please note: Candidates without prior K–12 sales experience and existing school/district relationships will not be considered. Compensation Structure We offer a competitive, performance-based compensation structure designed to reward results: $150 per confirmed meeting with a school or organization $300–$500 school partnership bonus for each school that signs on and begins services 20% commission on your first 3 signed partnerships Ongoing commission on all partnerships thereafter Typical contract values range from $5,000–$15,000, with estimated earnings of $1,000–$3,000+ per deal. Top performers who build a strong pipeline have significant earning potential.
