Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed revenue goals through effective coaching and strategic planning

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries, focusing on B2B markets

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Conduct technical sales presentations, negotiations, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs

Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze data, and optimize outreach efforts

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and account management to align business objectives

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and identify growth areas

Experience

Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets in B2B environments

Demonstrated management skills with experience leading a sales team or business development unit

Background in technology sales or technical sales roles preferred; familiarity with Salesforce is highly desirable

Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to close deals effectively

Experience in developing marketing strategies that support business growth initiatives

Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights for strategic planning

Prior experience in account management ensuring long-term client engagement and satisfaction
