What we’re looking for
We’re looking for passionate team players to bring joy to our customers every day. As a group FP&A Junior Analyst you’ll support FP&A across the Group, working collaboratively to develop a culture of finance excellence within the organisation.
Key responsibilities
Aggregate and consolidate total Group results, partnering closely with Group-wide FP&A to influence decisions at Exec and Board level.
Drive consistency and high standards across FP&A in all markets; simplify processes, improve forecasting accuracy and reduce manual work.
Identify risks, opportunities and levers across the full P&L (sales, labour, COGS, overheads) and connect insights to business decisions.
Key role in the annual planning and budgeting processes in collaboration with other finance leads.
The role reports into the Group & International FP&A Analyst. This is a full-time role.
Experience and Skills required
Proficient in Financial reporting and Data systems (ideally Netsuite and PowerBI)
Superb attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Strong logical and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Strong sense of ownership and proactivity
Experience in a multi-subsidiary environment

Salary £40,000 -£50,000 per annum and 10% bonus potential

The interview journey
The interview process has three stages – first, a 30-minute chat with our recruitment team to get to know you and share more about life at Pret, and then a one-hour interview with the hiring manager in person at our Head Office in London Victoria. A final interview with either the Commercial finance director or CFO.
This role is based at Pret’s Support Centre in London Victoria, where we work in a hybrid way - typically three days a week in the office.

Compensation
This Finance role pays $40k-$50k/yr. Within typical range for finance roles in United Kingdom.
