We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that enhance our brand’s online presence, drive engagement, and increase reach across multiple platforms. As a Social Media Manager, you will lead creative initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver impactful campaigns that align with our business goals.
Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
Manage a team of creative professionals, including Graphic Designers, Content Writers, and Video Editors.
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, and stories) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
Conceptualize and manage paid ad campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
Track and analyze key performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on current social media trends, platform algorithms, and competitor strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
Engage with the online community through storytelling, interactive posts, and creative campaigns.
Experiment with new tools, formats, and technologies to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
Strong creativity, innovation, and storytelling skills.
Hands-on experience with social media advertising and campaign optimization.
In-depth knowledge of major social platforms, analytics, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Familiarity with project management tools.
Experience with social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹58,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
