Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, managing brand communication, overseeing digital and offline marketing campaigns, and driving engagement across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience in branding, digital marketing, and campaign management.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan and execute annual marketing calendars, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive opportunities.
Brand Management
Strengthen and maintain EARA Group's brand identity across all communication platforms.
Ensure consistency in messaging, design, and corporate branding.
Manage corporate presentations, brochures, promotional materials, and brand assets.
Digital Marketing
Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
Monitor website performance and optimize digital campaigns for maximum ROI.
Generate quality leads through targeted online campaigns.
Content & Communications
Create and oversee engaging content for social media, websites, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
Manage public relations activities, press releases, and media communications.
Support internal communication and employer branding initiatives.
Campaign Management & Analytics
Track campaign performance and provide detailed reports on KPIs and marketing effectiveness.
Analyze customer engagement, market response, and lead conversion metrics.
Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
Team & Vendor Management
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, designers, and external vendors.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
Mentor and guide marketing team members where applicable.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
MBA in Marketing preferred.
3–5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or digital marketing roles.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
