Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Digital Marketing Lead who will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue across both B2B and B2C segments. This position requires a robust understanding of the GCC markets and a proven track record in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to our diverse product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals for both hardware/building materials and bakery product segments.

Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising.

Analyze campaign performance through metrics and analytics, guiding data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.

Collaborate with the product and sales teams to ensure regional adaptation of marketing approaches that resonate with local audiences in KSA, Oman, UAE, and Bahrain.

Oversee content creation to ensure it is aligned with our brand voice and messaging across all digital platforms.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to innovate and enhance our digital marketing strategies.

Experience/Skills Required:

Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on both B2B and B2C industries.

Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in GCC markets is essential.

Knowledge in the hardware/building materials industry and/or FMCG/bakery manufacturing is preferred.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

Proficient in using digital marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management platforms).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s preferred).

Demonstrated experience in leading digital marketing initiatives with a measurable impact on business performance.
