About the role

About 2070Health

W Health Ventures has set up India’s first healthcare-focused Venture Studio called 2070 Health - an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities. Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new venture. Companies incubated in the last 24 months include ElevateNow, Nivaan Care, BabyMD, Reveal Healthtech and Everhope Oncology. This role is with our next stealth venture that we are building in Preventive Health.

About Stealth Company

2070 Health's next incubation focuses on building preventive health infrastructure for India. We partner with doctor clinics to ensure care that gets prescribed gets completed. The company is well funded and has been in pilot operations in Bangalore and Delhi.

The Role

Every recommendation a doctor makes sets off a chain of coordination between the clinic, the patient, suppliers, and our field team. Your job is to run that chain in Bangalore and make sure every recommendation reaches completion. When something breaks along the way, a delivery slips, a patient is unreachable, a clinic runs short on stock, you are the person who catches it and resolves it.

What you will own

You will own day-to-day operations for the city end to end:

Coordinating supply and inventory across partner clinics

Managing fulfillment of patient services

Handling payments and reconciliation

Acting as the operational point of contact for clinic teams.

You will work closely with a high-calibre, energetic team to keep every moving part in sync, and you will build the processes and playbooks that let us grow from a handful of clinics to many. We are at an early stage and this role is broad by design; you will have real ownership in shaping what it becomes.

Why this role matters

Doctors work with us because we deliver on what they recommend with utmost care. Every completed service, every on-time delivery, every clean settlement is what earns the next recommendation. You are not supporting the business. In a very real sense, you are the business.

Requirements

Who we are looking for

You have run operations where outcomes depended on coordinating many moving parts: healthcare delivery, diagnostics, pharma distribution, quick commerce, or logistics

You are organised to a fault. Multiple parallel operations in flight don't rattle you, and you don't rely on memory; you rely on trackers and follow-ups

You close loops. A task is either completed and confirmed, or it is still yours

You are hands-on and comfortable coordinating with people across very different contexts: clinic staff, suppliers, field teams, patients

You speak English and Kannada; Hindi is a plus

You want to build the machine, not just operate inside one someone else built
