Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Interior Project Coordinator – Residential) to oversee residential interior projects from planning to handover. The candidate will coordinate with clients, designers, site teams, vendors, and installation teams to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and monitor residential interior projects.

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with clients regarding project progress and requirements.

Liaise with designers, site engineers, vendors, and installation teams.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and progress.

Ensure projects are completed within timelines and company standards.

Resolve site-related issues and client concerns effectively.

Prepare project reports and update management on project status.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines.

Assist in day-to-day execution of interior fit-out projects.

Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with designers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.

Track project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.

Conduct regular site visits and prepare daily progress reports.

Verify material requirements, delivery schedules, and site inventory.

Ensure quality standards, safety practices, and workmanship are maintained at site.

Support client meetings, site walkthroughs, and project updates.

Identify site issues, delays, or deviations and report them to the Project Manager.

Maintain project documentation, measurement records, and handover reports.

Assist in project completion, snag rectification, and final handover activities

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

3–8 years of experience in residential interior project management/co-ordination.

Strong knowledge of interior execution, site management, and vendor coordination.

Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

Client handling and stakeholder management.

Team leadership and coordination.

Time management and project scheduling.

Knowledge of residential interior materials and execution processes.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
