Hiring: Project Coordinator

Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad Experience: 2–5 Years Joining: Immediate Preferred

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support project execution by coordinating with internal project teams, vendors, and external clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, follow-up, and documentation skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and internal teams for project execution.

Act as the primary point of contact between clients and project teams.

Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

Arrange and coordinate project meetings, reviews, and status updates.

Follow up with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders on pending actions.

Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.

Ensure timely communication and resolution of project-related issues.

Support project planning, resource coordination, and administrative activities.

Prepare project status reports and MIS updates.

Skills Required

Strong communication and client coordination skills.

Excellent follow-up and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Qualification

Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BE, MBA preferred).

Project coordination experience in AV, IT, ELV, Infrastructure, Construction, or related industries is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

2–5 years of experience in project coordination.

Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.
