About the role

Per la nostra sede di Pavia, ricerchiamo un/una Impiegato/a HR da inserire nel team Risorse Umane di una realtà operante nel settore energetico e utilities.

Ti occuperai della gestione amministrativa del personale: inserimento contratti e proroghe su gestionale Zucchetti, controllo presenze e assenze mensili, gestione ferie e permessi per circa 80 dipendenti. Avrai anche il compito di supportare i responsabili nelle attività di selezione e nell'organizzazione dell'onboarding.

Requisiti:

diploma di maturità o qualifica professionale

buona conoscenza di Excel e gestionali HR

precisione e attenzione ai dettagli

ottime capacità relazionali e riservatezza

disponibilità entro 2 settimane

Offerta e benefit:

contratto a tempo determinato 12 mesi con possibile proroga

tempo pieno dal lunedì al venerdì
