Cerchiamo un/a Addetto/a selezione del personale per una società di commercio all'ingrosso con 45 dipendenti, operativa in provincia di Grosseto.

Lavorerai a diretto contatto con i responsabili di funzione per coprire i fabbisogni di personale operativo e amministrativo. Gestisci l'intero ciclo di selezione: dalla pubblicazione degli annunci all'intervista, fino alla proposta di inserimento.

Mansioni:

conduzione di colloqui telefonici e in presenza

gestione agenda colloqui con i responsabili di reparto

supporto all'onboarding dei nuovi assunti

Offerta e benefit:

contratto a tempo determinato 12 mesi, finalizzato a indeterminato

tempo pieno full-time, dal lunedì al venerdì

Formazione continua sulle tecniche di selezione

Buoni pasto

retribuzione in linea con il mercato, discussa in sede di colloquio
