Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely availability of materials in line with project and operational requirements.

Resolving invoice mismatches, quantity and price variances, and vendor payment issues in coordination with finance.

Liaising with Finance and Accounts Payable teams to ensure smooth invoice processing and timely payment release.

Maintaining strong supplier relationships to support cost-reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing and negotiation, and efficiently resolved delivery, quality, quantity, and invoice inconsistencies.

Maintaining accurate procurement reports and documentation to support audits and management reviews.

End-to-end procurement cycle, including RFQ/RFP processing, vendor negotiations, and purchase order issuance.

Prepared and processing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, amendments, article sourcing , pricing and follow-ups in compliance with company policies using the SAP system.

Vendor evaluations and price comparisons to ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality standards.
