About the role
What success looks like in this role:
Performs Billing advice and support for multiple complex accounts.
Completes billing activities and preparing billing files across multiple billing modules.
Liaises with clients during the billing process.
Researches data entry errors that impact billing reports.
Reviews data in billing databases to ensure reflection of appropriate charges to be validated by more senior Billing roles and/or Revenue Recognition teams.
Identifies the root cause of billing account issues and coordinates resolution with appropriate stakeholders.
Prepares and updates process documentation and billing software auditing and maintenance.
Recommends and helps implement continuous process improvement.
Provides ongoing training to new hires.
Reviews and completes escalated client billing inquiries.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
