We are currently looking for a dynamic HR professional with strong US Payroll experience to join our team in Hyderabad and contribute to our expanding HR operations, payroll management, and talent support functions.
Position Overview
The Sr. Executive – US Payroll will be responsible for managing end-to-end US payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. In addition to payroll responsibilities, the role will also support recruitment activities and other HR tasks assigned by the reporting manager. This role is ideal for professionals looking to build a strong career in international payroll management, HR operations, and talent acquisition support.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end US payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement
Handle payroll inputs, validations, and monthly payroll reconciliation
Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations and company policies
Coordinate with finance and HR teams for payroll updates and corrections
Maintain employee payroll records and update changes in HRMS/payroll systems
Prepare payroll reports, summaries, and audit documentation
Address employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of payroll data
Recruitment & HR Support:
Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
Assist in posting job openings across recruitment platforms
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new hires
Support HR operations and employee engagement activities
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform any HR-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager
Support cross-functional HR activities as per business requirements
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in HR Payroll or US Payroll processing
Experience in healthcare payroll or US-based payroll systems is preferred
Exposure to recruitment or HR generalist activities is an added advantage
Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax concepts, and compliance
Good communication and analytical skills
Experience working with HRMS/ATS or payroll tools
Master’s degree in Human Resources, MBA HR, Finance, or related field
Work Location & Timing (Strict Requirement)
Location: Tolichowki, Hyderabad
Shift: Night Shift
Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday
Work Hours: 4:45 PM to 3:45 AM IST (Strict timing)
Work Mode: Work From Office Only
