Job Title : Human Resource Intern

Location : Pune (In-Office)

Stipend : 6000 to 15,000/- per month (depending on the candidate )

Duration : 6 Months

Job Summary:

This internship is designed for candidates who want practical exposure beyond HR. You will get the opportunity to work across:

This is a high-learning, high-responsibility role for someone who is proactive, confident,bold, outgoing, leader and ready to take ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Posting job openings on various portals and platforms

2. Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews

3. Assisting in salary negotiations and candidate coordination

4. Working closely with managers and leadership team

5. Managing administrative activities and office operations

6. Planning and executing employee engagement activities, events, and parties

7. Supporting hiring and expansion for new company locations

8. Assisting the Director in day-to-day activities

9. Cold calling and appointment setting for the sales team

10. Coordinating and participating in client meetings

11. Attending domestic & international events, conferences, and seminars with the MD

12. Monitoring team expansion and performance across locations

13. Coordinating office content shoots (reels, branding activities)

14. Representing Osumare at events and networking meets

15. Handling client visits and front-office interactions

16. Assisting in campus drives and recruitment campaigns

17. Personal Assistant to Director

1. Graduate in any discipline

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Pleasant personality with a professional approach

4. Strong convincing and coordination abilities

5. Willingness to multitask and take initiative

6. Hardworking, reliable, and execution-focused
