About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in technical recruitment and be capable of managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for various IT positions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT roles.
Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Conduct initial HR screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment databases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
Strong understanding of software development and technology roles.
Experience hiring for positions such as Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and other IT professionals.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
