US Recruiter (Night shift)
About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Source qualified candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and networking channels.
Handle recruitment for IT/non-IT positions based on client requirements.
Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and assess candidate skills, experience, and fitment.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs.
Ensure timely submission of quality candidates against open requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
Follow US staffing processes, compliance guidelines, and best practices.
Pay: ₹10,000.36 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
