Key responsibilities:
Provide support to business leaders in identifying and addressing workforce challenges, including
talent acquisition, retention succession, planning, and employee engagement.
Serve as a strategic business partner, demonstrating a deep understanding of the business
objectives and priority areas, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance organizational
performance.
Partner with local and global to consistency ensure of HR practices and policies across locations and
business units.
Conduct regular HR assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in HR
processes and systems.
Analyze workforce data and provide insights to inform business decisions, including diversity and
inclusion metrics, retention trends, and employee engagement levels.
Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs that support business objectives, such as
leadership development, performance management, and succession planning.
Local lead of change management initiatives, providing guidance to business leaders and employees
on organizational changes and ensuring smooth transition and adoption.
Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution and counseling
Handle the Works Council relationship for the site as well as involving and negotiating any changes
according to the CLA
Lead, coach and develop the local HR team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or master’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5years as an HRBP supporting
business leaders.
Strong basic knowledge in HR processes as manning planning, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding,
compensation & benefits, payroll, Labor law & employee relations, performance management.
Proven experience in working effectively with cross-functional business partners and HR experts.
Strong business acumen and ability to analyze workforce data to provide insights and inform
business decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and build strong
relationships.
Track record of successful development of HR performance and deliverables as well as developing a
HR team.
Strong project management skills and experience leading change management initiatives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
