What will be your mission?

In luxury hospitality, Front Office is the first expression of excellence.

We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Front Office Supervisor to join our 5-star luxury hotel in Rome.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality professional with strong organisational skills, international exposure and a natural passion for guest service excellence.

What will you do?

Supervise daily Front Office operations

Support and coordinate the Reception team during daily activities

Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction

Handle guest requests and operational challenges with professionalism and empathy

Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge and operational departments

Ensure compliance with luxury hospitality procedures and standards

Assist the Front Office Manager with departmental operations

What are we looking for?

Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role within international hotels or luxury hospitality

Mandatory international working experience abroad

Fluent Italian required

Fluent English essential

Knowledge of at least one additional language

Strong organisational and communication skills

Team-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude

Professional standing and attention to detail

Operational flexibility and guest-focused approach

Knowledge of thai culture will be valued

Salary starting from €27K gross per year
