Join our internship program within IT Project Management Team which is responsible for coordinate tasks for project/program execution and portfolio management. The internship experience allows to cooperate with senior professionals in an international environment to drive projects/programs by applying consolidated methodologies such as PMI/Agile in a top-level finance context, in particular about consumer finance business, credit product/processes and multi-channel services. AI is strongly sponsored as a key enabler for efficiency and innovative problem solving approach.

Learning Objectives

Apply AI tools and solutions to support project activities, improve efficiency, and foster innovative problem-solving approaches.

Develop activity planning skills to organize tasks, priorities, timelines, and project milestones effectively.

Prepare status reports to monitor progress, highlight key achievements, and identify potential risks or issues.

Support financial monitoring activities by tracking budgets, costs, forecasts, and project-related financial indicators.

Track communications and documentation to ensure proper information flow, follow-up, and project traceability and understand the fundamentals of credit products, related processes, and core finance principles within a banking context.

Requirements

Economics or Management Engineering degrees are preferred

Good skills in the usage of MS Office tools

Good English (spoken + written)

Smart and collaborative attitude

Ease in personal communication

Cross-cultural open mind

Start Date: July, 6 months internship
