The Opportunity

Role: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Location: Mumbai (Must be familiar with local distribution hubs and retail clusters)

Focus: Purely General Retail Trade (Kirana stores, independent frozen food outlets, and local cold storage points).

Important Note: We do not operate in the HoReCa (Hotels/Restaurants/Catering) or Modern Trade (Supermarket chains) segments. We focus 100% on the neighborhood retail ecosystem.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 5–6 years of proven experience in the Frozen Channel Retail Distribution industry.

Network: Existing relationships with frozen food distributors and retailers in Mumbai.

Execution Skills: Ability to appoint new distributors, manage stock movement, and drive secondary sales daily.

Profile: under 35 years of age.

Mindset: You must be a self-starter who can work independently, set up your own operations, and scale the business rapidly.
