Business Development Manager (BDM)
About the role
Generate Sales leads for Freight Forwarding & CHA business (Ocean/Air/Customs) and create a healthy sales pipeline for the Branch.
Meet all budgeted sales and profit goals.
Support in joint sales calls/canvassing activities and the customer retention activities.
Develop good relationships with customers, agencies and trade and industrial associations.
Responsible for data collection related to proper credit assessment of the Customers.
Responsible for the collection of the payment from the customers for the sales undertaken.
Networking with prospective clients, generating business from the new and existing accounts and achieving profitability / increased sales growth for the Branch.
Work closely with the product teams for business development, market treads etc.
Overseeing the movement of clients’ goods and ensuring that they are picked up, transported and delivered on time to their satisfaction.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
