Job Responsibilities:

Educación

Ingeniero Eléctrico, Mecánico, electromecánico, Electrónico, Mecatrónico

Formación

Análisis y solución de problemas

Conocimientos de soldadura MIG (parámetros, defectos, consumibles)

Conocimientos de robótica (programación básica, troubleshooting)

Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos y mecánicos

Conocimiento en mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo.

Seguridad industrial aplicada a procesos de soldadura.

Inglés Intermedio (lectura técnica y comunicación básica)

Competencias

Monitorear el cumplimiento de actividades correctivas y preventivas para asegurar el cumplimiento de indicadores de mantenimiento

Diagnóstico eficiente de fallas en equipos de soldadura y automatización

Liderazgo de equipos técnicos y supervisión de personal operativo

Toma de decisiones basada en datos

Comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo

Orientación a resultados y mejora continua

Experiencia

3 a 5 años de experiencia en mantenimiento industrial

Experiencia en mantenimiento de robots de soldadura (Fanuc, ABB, Motoman, etc)

Experiencia en análisis de fallas y solución de problemas de equipos automatizados.

Experiencia en ambientes de manufactura automotriz (deseable)

Conocimiento en mejora continua (kaizen, 5s, TPM)

Supervisión de personal técnico y coordinación de actividades
