Data Migration, ETL & Data Mapping
Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance & Pay Rules
Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)
Dell Boomi Integration Hub
REST APIs
InTouch (9000 / 9100 / DX) Time Clocks
4500-Series Devices
Global / Multi-Region Time Clock Management
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end WFC to UKG Pro WFM Cloud migration.
Configure core WFM modules and integrations.
Manage data migration, validation, testing, and cutover activities.
Support large-scale multi-site and multi-region workforce management deployments.
Handle time clock device assessment, compatibility, rollout, and support.
