Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic school administrator / Admin Manager to manage and streamline the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the school. The candidate should be capable of handling school operations efficiently while ensuring a professional, disciplined, and student-friendly environment.
The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with prior experience in school administration or institutional operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily school administration and operational activities
Manage front office, transport, housekeeping, security, and support staff
Ensure smooth coordination between academic and non-academic departments
Handle school documentation, records, and compliance processes
Coordinate admissions, fee follow-ups, and parent communication
Supervise vendor management, procurement, and facility maintenance
Ensure implementation of school policies, SOPs, and safety protocols
Support HR and staff coordination activities
Prepare administrative reports and MIS reports for management
Coordinate school events, inspections, meetings, and administrative schedules
Resolve operational issues efficiently and maintain high service standards
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Administration, Management, Education, or related field
Minimum 4–8 years of experience in school administration or institutional operations
Strong understanding of school operations, compliance, and documentation
Excellent communication and team management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and School ERP systems
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced academic environment
