HR Recruiter
About the role
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Junior HR Executive to support the recruitment and hiring operations of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment databases, and supporting onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Post job openings on recruitment portals such as LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, etc.
Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls and coordinate interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers.
Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview schedules and joining formalities.
Assist in onboarding and documentation processes.
Coordinate with senior HR team and department managers for hiring requirements.
Ensure proper communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Support daily HR operational activities and reporting.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
