Key Responsibilities:
Stores & Inventory Management:
· Overall responsibility for managing raw material, consumables, and packing material stores
· Maintain stock registers (physical and system-based) and ensure real-time updates
· Monitor inward and outward material movement with accurate documentation
· Implement and follow proper FIFO and inventory control processes
· Coordinate with production for material issuance and returns
· Ensure safe and orderly storage of items with proper identification and labeling
· Monthly stock audits and reconciliation with accounts team.
Local Purchase:
· Source and procure locally available raw materials, machine spares, and urgent consumables
· Identify reliable vendors and negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms
· Follow company procurement SOPs and maintain proper purchase documentation
· Support urgent production or engineering requirements through local vendor sourcing
Required Qualifications and Skills:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in store and logistics management in an offset printing and packaging company
· Experience in handling Store ERP, MS Office (Expertise in Advance Excel) or inventory management systems
· Well-versed with logistics planning, dispatch management, and vendor coordination
· Basic knowledge of local procurement and negotiation practices
Other Requirements:
· Two-wheeler driving license is a must
· Should be physically fit and energetic to handle daily field coordination and store operations
· Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada
